  1. Write to us

    On LINE, Instagram or by email: the date, lunch or dinner, how many are coming, the occasion and your budget per head.

  2. We set it with you

    Our team replies to confirm the table and to plan the menu with you.

  3. Set the menu

    The kitchen builds the menu around your budget per head, and it can include dishes we do not usually serve. A Curated Samrub is there too, ordered at least a day ahead.
