When you book a table, North Restaurant keeps what you give us: your name, mobile number and email, the day, time and party, the occasion if you name one, a note, and anything you tell the kitchen.
We use it to hold your table, to send the confirmation, any change and a reminder the day before, and to prepare your meal. Each booking joins your guest card, so the team knows you when you come back. Nobody outside the North team sees it. It is stored with Cloudflare, the service that runs this page, and a Cloudflare security check (Turnstile) on the form keeps automated bookings out.
Allergies and dietary needs are kept only when you tick the consent, and are erased 30 days after your meal. Your name, mobile number and email are erased 13 months after your meal; only a count of the booking remains, without them. Backup copies are gone within 30 days after that.
If you tick to hear about new menus and evenings, we keep your name and email for that until you ask us to stop: reply to any email from North, or write to info.northfoods8@gmail.com.
